My Niece's birthday was last week and I made this card and shipped it off to her ( a little late, 'sorry Sasha'). I used the Hampton Arts Cling set that I bought at Michaels on clearance a few weeks ago. I LOVE cupcakes, but what is there not to love. The paper is from my scraps so the name is unknown.
